He is survived by: his father Peter Biando of Frankfort; his children, Regina Biando of Herkimer and Ryan Jaquish of Herkimer; his siblings, Debra Foster (Eldon) of Frankfort, Leon Biando (Mary) of Ontario, NY and James Biando of Manlius; his grandchildren, Carmen Mankouski, Mickayla Biando and MaeJean Bullock (Devin); and his great grandchildren, Theodore, Dawson and Haisley Bullock. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
