He was predeceased by: his sister Rose; and his grandfather Robert Congdon. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Congdon and Roxanne Congdon; his children, Samantha (Dan), Tyler (Ashley) and Morgan (Joe); his brother Wayne; and his grandchildren, Kaydence, Bryson and Makayla. He is also survived by aunts, uncles; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
