It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chandra Mantell (Herkimer, New York), born in Moultrie, Georgia, who passed away on November 24, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Jewel and Dorothy Hazel Carr (McCartney). She is survived by: her husband Ralph M. Mantell, Jr.; and her children, Michael Mantell (Janet), Linda Shepard and Susan Black (Charles). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
