He is survived by: his wife Leslie Fox; his children, John Bouck (Barbara), Dawn Quercia, Vicki Case, Penny Haggerty (Brian) and Terry Bouck; his grandchildren, Philip, Jacqueline, Isabella, Tricia, Linda Sue, Kelly, Jesse, Laura, Skylar, Malory and Bradley Bouck; his great grandchildren, Arianna, Jordan and Madison; his brothers, Edward Bliss, Otis Bouck (Bob) and William Bouck (Bill); and his pets, Matt (Bud) and Kitty. He is also survived by his sons, father, brother, and grandchildren.
