With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carlo Andrew Ciancio (Herkimer, New York), born in Poughkeepsie, New York, who passed away on June 18, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughters, Carmella Prose (Ciancio) and Carla Anne Smith (Ciancio). He is survived by: his wife Rose Carmella Gasbarra; his grandchildren, Christopher Edward Prose, Peter Andrew Prose, Aleta Sophia Cunningham (Prose), Andrew Martin Smith and Alessandra Anne Miller (Smith); and his friends, Enea and Ciaccia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Carlo's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. (Envelopes will be available at the funeral home).
