She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hayes and Martha Robinson Hayes; her husband Harold C. "Red" Richer; and her siblings, Robert, Donald Hayes and Doris Humphrey.
She is survived by: her sister Beverly Joan Smithers of Herkimer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
