He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Devlin and Evelyn Devlin (Vogel); and his siblings, Kevin and Gail. He is survived by: his children, Heather Drum (Robert), Jason, Philip (Jen), Karyn-Ann (Chris) and Thomas (Melissa); his grandchildren, Patrick, Devin, Catherine, Alijah, Anthony, Julianna, Jackson, Colin, Kevin, Brooklyn, Lilianna and Michael; his siblings, Kenny (Kathy) and Jan; and his close friend Sandy Lowell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
At Phil's request there will be no service, however you can make a contribution in his memory to The Ronald McDonald Houe, as he was a life long contributor to the organization as it held a special place in his heart.
