She was predeceased by: her siblings, James Martin and Helen Martin. She is survived by: her children, Jeri Flack and David S. MacFall (Joann); her grandchildren, Samantha Helen, Darci June, Pamela Sue MacFall, Olivia Jane and Delaney Mae Flack; and her sister Sydney Jankowski. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
