He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Christine; his children, Erik (Brandon Crabbs), Matthew (Marnie) and Marie Mayer; his grandchildren, Ian, Cora and Calvin; and his siblings, Michael Mayer, Andrew Mayer (Julie) and Teresa Mayer (Petra Klos). He was also cherished by nephews and cousins.
