He is survived by: his nephew Richard "Little Rick" Billings; his wife Ernestine Billings; his siblings, Richard Billings (Lynda) and Gail Fish (Eddie); and his children, Jeffrey Billings (Ada), Scott Billings (Shannon) and Pamela DeSanto (Jim). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
