He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his father Richard Fuller (Ann); his children, Katie McCollum (Ricky), Stephanie Fuller, Christy (Chris), Amy (Bob) and Michael (Brittany); and his siblings, Susan, Valerie, Cathy, Lewis, John and James. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
