With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Perry H. Lowell (Henrietta, New York), born in Saint Johnsbury, Vermont, who passed away on November 1, 2018 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, David and Joan Lowell; and his grandchildren, Lisa Piazza (Charles) and Diane Fowler (James). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and one forthcoming; sisters-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
