He is survived by: his children, David Altieri of Amsterdam and Kathleen Flanigan (Douglas) of Chambersburg, PA.; his grandchildren, Karlin Baker (John) and Amber Sanbower (Jason); and his great grandchildren, Owen, Emma and Corbin.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the Montgomery County SPCA, PO Box 484, Amsterdam, New York, 12010.
