He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Rischowsky and Irma Rischowsky; and his brother Peter Rischowsky. He is survived by: his children, Dawn Berrezueta (Michael Scinta) and Damon Rischowsky; his grandchildren, Brianna DeMarco (Elliott Warren), Samantha Cordy (Javon Boaz), Zoey, Thomas and Rosalee Rischowsky; his great grandchildren, Scarlette, Leo, Octavia and Ophelia; and his sisters, Monika, Rita, Janet and Evelyn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
