She was predeceased by: her parents, Josefina Santiago and Isaac Martinez; her stepfather Gergorio Santiago; and her siblings, Luis Santiago, Edwin Ocacio, Jose Santiago, Trinidad Torres, Haydee Martinez and Candidad Martinez.
She is survived by: her children, Madelyn Vienne (Brian), Evelyn Torres (Roberto Martinez), Rosa Betancourt (Fasin), Lourdes Torres (Kenneth) and John Torres (Melissia); and her siblings, Carmen Alvarez (Gino), Paul Santiago (Julie) and Isaac Martinez (Berta). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great-grandson.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
