He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Jayson, Katrina, Christopher and Julia; his grandchildren, Victoria, Sarah Rose, Krystal and Katerina; his aunt Cheryl; his brothers, Jim Hayes (Margaret) and Jerry Hayes (Michele MacLeod); and his sister-in-law Sandra Hayes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
