He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Grady and Margaret O'Grady (Lynch); his son Gerald O'Grady; and his siblings, John, Philip, Bernard, Anthony, Patricia and Gertrude.
He is survived by: his wife Henrietta O'Grady (Jacon); his children, Erin O'Grady-Parent (Ted Parent, Jr.) and Matthew O'Grady (Stella Cho-O'Grady); and his grandson Andrew. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
