She was predeceased by: her husband Dean Budgen; her parents, Joseph Gavin and Bernice Gavin; and her sister Virginia Dengler. She is survived by: her children, Keith Budgen, Diane Catullo (Bob), Ronald Budgen, David Budgen (Shelley), Susan Burke (Steven), Kathleen Hughes (Christopher) and Maryann Barkley (Stephen); and her grandchildren, John (Tessa), Shawn (Jennifer), Jennifer, Carrie (Mike), Jessica (Jeff), Jacqueline, Vincent (Angela), Nicholas (Christina), Anthony (Mary), Kevin (Anya), Bryan, Tyler, Michael, Jamie (Eric), Alexander (Jenna), Lauren and Meghan. She is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren.
