It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane Costanza (Henrietta, New York), who passed away on September 6, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Christine DelMastro; and her sister Irene Cordaro. She is survived by: her children, Kim Costanza, Scott Costanza, Steve Costanza (Dawn) and Chris Costanza (Lizzie); her grandchildren, Ryan Costanza (Kiiya), Zachary Williams, Stephen Costanza, II and Angelina Costanza; her great grandchild Seatia; her sisters, Joyce Redsicker, Shirley Schoeneman and Gloria Rizzo (John); and her friends, Gay Forella and Andrea White. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many other special friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Alzheimer's Assoc., 435 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY 14620 in her memory.
