Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Charles leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Miller Funeral and Cremation Services (3325 S Winton Rd, Rochester, NY 14623). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Henrietta United Church of Christ (1400 Lehigh Station Rd, Henrietta, NY 14467).
