He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Patten and Marian Van Patten; and his sisters, Evelyn Weeks and Marian Kay Kuehne. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Condax Van Patten; his brother Roger; and his sister-in-law Rhonda Van Patten. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
