He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ellen Barney, and Roger Barney, Sr.; his wife Terry; his grandson Jacob Nohle; his sister Jean Johnson; his daughters, Honey Marie (Ted Galaydick) and Angela (Dan Green); his grandchildren, Tyler, Lily Green and Kylarah Gilbert; his pet Sadie; his friend Kirk Kleiboer; his siblings, Howard Barney, Yvonne Gale and Ann Fargo; his great-niece Angela; and his nephews, Tony Barney and Joe Fargo. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
