He was predeceased by: his son Jason; and his sister Jane. He is survived by: his wife Karen M. Decker; his children, Roger Jr. (Christina), Eric, Todd (Laura) and Brittiany (Calvin); and his sisters, Gail, Nancy and Jacquline. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
