He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Maciejko, and Carolina Colombo Maciejko, Sr.; and the mother of his children Gloria Maciejko. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; and his children, Christopher (Cindy), Steven H. and Susan (Derek). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
