He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Kiblin; his sons, Ricky Worthington (Sherry) and Mark Worthington; his brother Raymond Worthington (Elaine); his grandchildren, Melissa Worthington, Michael Worthington, Jessica Worthington, Amanda Worthington (Cynthia) and Rebecca Worthington (Shawn); and his great grandchildren, Ricky Nickerson and Ashton Worthington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
