She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Gierczak and Frank Sosulski; her former husband Frank Szwejkowski; her husband Edward Salamack; her daughter Eileen Rei; and her siblings, Millie, Zofia and Stanley.
She is survived by: her son Thomas Szwejkowski (Mary Ellen); her grandchildren, Jason, Justin, James, Jenna and Christine; her great grandchildren, Keira, Tyler, Danielle, Brooke and Serena; and her nieces and nephews, Mary Ann, Billy, Janet, Stanley, Richard, June, Peggy and Robert. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
