He is survived by: his daughters, Brindea, Teresa Phinn and Cimonique Guorgette; his wife Georgia Phinn; his daughters, Brinelda Phinn, Charisse Jacobs, Theresa Phinn and Simonique Phinn; his grandchildren, Anthony Phinn, LeFaroll Patterson and Briona Patterson; his great grandchildren, Antonio Phinn and Yahsun Young-Patterson; his siblings, Carmen Phinn-Binnom (Cyril Binnon, Sr.), Jorge Phinn and Marcia Phinn; and his siblings-in-law, Maggie Lee, Margaret Scott, Mary Scott, Dorothy Dillard, Diane Welch–Isaacs (Horace), Sherry Brant (Herbert), Willie J. Scott, Edward Scott, Calvin W. Scott, Dean Scott and Thomas Scott. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
