He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenic Messina and Maria Messina; his son Arthur Messina; and his siblings, Mary Licata, Arthur Messina and Florence Postiglione.
He is survived by: his son Dino Messina, MD; his wife Lisa; his daughter Meredith Pickett (Mark) of Canton, CT; his grandchildren, Domenic Messina, Ryan, Matthew and Maria Pickett; and his stepson George Tattrie (Carole) of Lake Helen, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, Godchildren and cousins.
