He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Carnahan and Esther Carnahan; and his brothers, Gary and Ken Carnahan. He is survived by: his wife Jean Carnahan; his children, Terrie Stewart of Burdett, James Jr. Carnahan (Sheila) of Redfield, NY, Linda Potter (Jim) of Valois and Karen Darling (John) of Interlaken; his stepsons, Tim Haire (Cathy) of Interlaken and Bruce Haire of Ovid; and his sister Patricia Galbreath of South Carolina. He is also survived by several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
