Violet Slavik Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Violet Slavik (Hawthorne, New York), who passed away on October 17, 2019 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Yelk and Violet Yelk; her husband William Slavik; and her children, Joseph T. Slavik, William J. Slavik and Mary Slavik.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Sementa (Patrick) of Hawthorne, N. Y and Karen Quinlan of Hawthorne, N. Y; her great grandchildren, Larissa, Ariella, Giovanni and Julian; and her goddaughter Barbara Rappo.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Memphis, Tenn. in her name would be appreciated.
