He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Tanzillo; and his siblings, Nicholas, Michael, Joseph, Rose Reno and Louise Vespa.

He is survived by: his children, Patrick Tanzillo, Jr. of Hawthorne, N. Y., John Tanzillo (Michele) of Poughquag, N. Y., Joseph Tanzillo of Queens, N. Y. and Joan Jones (Scott) of Wallkill, N. Y. He is also survived by grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

Cemetery, Greenburgh, N.Y. In lieu of flowers donations to Rosary Hill Home, 600 Linda Ave. Hawthorne, N.Y. 10532, would be appreciated.
