He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Martin and Nora Gladys Whittle; his wife Veronica Whittle; and his siblings, Nora Whittle, John and Thomas Whittle.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Marie Figueroa of Newington, CT, Wendy A. Whittle (Charles Munson) of Hawthorne, N. Y. and Barbara J. Blank (Steve) of Davis, IL.; and his sister Clare McMahon (Laurence) of Memsie, Scottland.. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
