She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Slavik and Violet Slavik; her sisters, Ann Sementa (Patrick) of Hawthorne, N. Y. and Karen Quinlan of Hawthorne, N. Y.; her nieces and nephews, Billy Slavik (Juliana), James Sementa, Brian Sementa (Antoinetta), Victoria Slavik, Kaitlyn Sementa, Alyssa Quinlan, Larissa Sementa, Ariella Slavik and Giovanni Slavik; her sister-in-law Margaret Slavik of Brooklyn, N. Y; her brothers, Joseph Slavik (Virginia) and William Slavik; and also, Kristin Becker, James Sementa and Victoria Slavik.
In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Memphis, TN. would be appreciated.
