He was predeceased by: his parents, Felice DeBiase and Sabina DeBiase; and his sisters, Rosa Cortese and Franca Lepore. He is survived by: his wife Paolina DeBiase of Hawthorne, N. Y.; his children, Sabrina Rich (Anthony) of Hawthorne, N. Y., Lisa DeBiase of White Plains, N. Y. and Frank DeBiase (Lakisha) of Hawthorne, N. Y; his grandchildren, Ariana, Olivia Rich and Cecilia DeBiase; and his siblings, Giuseppe, Vincenzo, Marco, Anthony, Cosimo, Eugene, Angela Turturro and Anna DeFronzo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews and cousins.
