He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Kirley and Patrick Kirley; his son Joseph Patrick Kirley; his daughter-in-law Nora Kirley; his sister Elizabeth MacMurray; and his brother-in-law Joseph Moran.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Kirley; his daughter Theresa Neumann; his son-in-law Curtis Neumann; his grandchildren, Eva Margaret Neumann and Matthew Joseph Neumann; his son Thomas John Kirley; his sister Patricia Moran; and his cousins, Jim Quigley and Ellen Quigley. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
