James Zachensky Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Zachensky (Hawthorne, New York), who passed away on August 27, 2018, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his mother Anna Zachensky of Hawthorne, N. Y.; his daughter Jamie A. Zachensky of Hawthorne, N. Y.; his mother Sandra Diaz of Bronx, N. Y.; and his siblings, Dorothea Lewis (John) of Mahopac, N. Y., John Zachensky (Susan) of Valentines, VA., Joseph Zachensky (Susan) of Marietta, GA., Peter Zachensky (Marcia) of Pleasantville, N. Y. and Paul Zachensky (Maricel) of Riverview, FL.. He is also survived by his several nieces, nephews and uncles and predeceased by one niece.
Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y. In lieu of flowers donations to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, pancan.org would be appreciated.
