He is survived by: his former wife Alice Hall of Forest Hills, N. Y.; his children, Gary Hall of Forest Hills, N. Y. and Debra Hall of Glen Oaks, N. Y.; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Gary, Jr., Matthew and Briana. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
