He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Mascolo and Kate Mascolo; his wife Ann Mascolo; his siblings, Sonny, Alfred, Teddy, Evelyn and Marilyn; and his grandson Frank T. Mascolo.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Mascolo (Joanna) of Wappingers Falls, N. Y., Teri Tirone (Richie) of Hawthorne, N. Y. and Barbara Caiola (Joe) of Hawthorne, N. Y.; his sister Genevieve Lembo (Anthony) of Yonkers, N. Y.; and his grandchildren, Gina Lee (Christopher), Stephanie Ford, Joseph Caiola (Jaime) and Lauren Mascolo. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
