She is survived by: her nephew Matthew T. (Angie); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Megan Bowen (Phil), Kristen, Shauna Maher, Toni Gardner (Shane), Leila Turner (Jamie), Greg Peterson (Iris), Misha Nadel and Yael Nadel; and also, Peter, Ted, Davis, Otis Gardner, Braden Kelley, Genevieve, Tessa Bowen, Keller, Asher Peterson, Esme and Imogen Turner.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Frances's name to St. Joseph Indian School, 1301 North Main Street, Chamberlain, South Dakota 57325 would be appreciated.
