He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Lehmkuhl; and his sister Marion. He is survived by: his daughter Susan Lehmkuhl-Church (Harley) of Hawthorne, NY; his niece Jodi Margolis (Doug) of Hawthorne, NY; and his nephew Peter Reagan (Debbie) of Lake Carmel, NY.
