He is survived by: his wife Catena Scaglione; his son Joe; his daughter-in-law Ginger of Arizona; his daughter Rose; his son-in-law Eugene Jones of Nyack, NY; his daughter Jeanie of Suffern, NY.; his grandchildren, Alexandra (Josh Haggard), Joseph Pintaudi (Brittany) and James Pintaudi; his sisters, Carmela Pintabona and Rita Caffarelli; and his siblings-in-law, Angela D'Assisi, Maria Scaglione, Lina Pintaudi (Sicily) and Francesco Scaglione. He is also survived by one of five children with two brothers and two sisters.
