She is survived by: her parents, Eleuterio Collazo and Teresa Collazo; her children, Christiana, Joseph and Michael; her daughter-in-law Samantha; and her siblings, Liza, Vicky, Eleuterio Jr. (Terry) and Steven. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
