It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jairo Valencia of Haverstraw, New York, who passed away on March 16, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Romelia Londoño Hurtado and Arcesio Valencia Bernal. He is survived by: his wife Alejandrina Valencia; and his sons, Alvin Lopez, Alexander Valencia and Juan Carlos Valencia. He is also survived by his family, especially playing with his grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the George M. Holt Funeral Home (50 New Main St, Haverstraw, NY 10927). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peters & St. Mary's Church (115 Broadway, Haverstraw, NY 10927).
