She was predeceased by: her parents, Ester Grundeland and Trygve Grundeland; and her brother Harald Grundeland. She is survived by: her husband Alf Reinertsen; her children, Evelyn, Todd Reinertsen (Kate) and Cindy Samuel (Jason); and her grandchildren, Quentin J. Mariano, Sofia Mariano, Andrew Samuel, Ryan Samuel, Emilie Reinertsen, Charlie Reinertsen and Annabel Reinertsen. She is also survived by several cousins and her nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the George M. Holt Funeral Home (50 New Main St, Haverstraw, NY 10927). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial Donations in Loving Memory of Helen A. Reinertsen may be made to a Food Pantry of your choice.
