“Frank & his twin brother Luigi have been working for our family for over 40 years. Whether it was painting, doing minor construction, building retaining walls, gardening, building pathways and so many other home improvements - they did it because they enjoyed the work. My parents loved talking to them and he told us many stories when he was child in Italy. We have many fond memories. He will be missed by many in Rockland County and beyond B. Rothman”
