She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Burns and Mary Burns (Novack); her husband Augustine J. Gizzi (Gus); and her son Joseph. She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa Gizzi of Stony Point, N. Y. and Mary Jane Perry of Harriman, N. Y.; her grandson Joseph Perry of Haverstraw, N. Y.; and her siblings, Michael Burns of West Haverstaw, N. Y. and Margaret Leahy of Garnerville, N. Y..
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to St. Peter's & St. Mary's Church at 115 Broadway Haverstraw N.Y.
