The memory of Patricia A. Rapp of Hauppauge, New York, born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on February 20, 2025 at the age of 84, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James McKenna and Gertrude McKenna of Mineola; her husband George; her children, George, William (Lisa) and Lisa (Anthony DeJohn); her grandchildren, Courtney (Matthew McMillan), Kathryn, Patrick, Matthew, Stephen, Auden and Jackson; her brother James (Patricia); and her nephew James.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Branch Funeral Home (190 E Main St, Smithtown, NY 11787). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the St Patrick's RC Church (280 E Main St, Smithtown, NY 11787). A burial will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Cemetery (183 Mt Pleasant Rd, Smithtown, NY 11787).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat's name may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
