It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marilyn Gast of Hauppauge, New York, who passed away on July 3, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Marilyn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Marilyn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edmund; her parents, John Donner and Anna Donner; and her brother Paul. She is survived by: her son Joe.
Flowers are welcomed (she loved yellow and white!), yet donations can be made to St. Joseph's Center in Scranton, PA, Parish Outreach at either St. Patrick's in Smithtown or St. Thomas More in Hauppauge, or to the Trevor Project.
