He is survived by: his sons, Eric (Pam) and Justin; his daughter-in-law Melissa; his daughter Marisa (Tim); his grandchildren, Kayla, Gracen and Aria; his sister Catherine; his brother-in-law Charles Vanek; his nephews, Eric Vanek and Joe Potuzak, Jr.; and his niece Kathleen Colgan.
