He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lee and Dorothy Lee (Kotz); his siblings, Barbara Kopf and John R. Lee; and his brother-in-law John Kopf.
He is survived by: his wife Jill Lee (Woyciesjes); and his children, Patrick (Lynette), Nicholas and Mary Kathleen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
